Amazing Staff, Superb Location, and Delicious Food!
We had a wonderful time at this place! The staff was excellent, they were always so cheerful and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions. The food was also superb, with a wide range of options to choose from. the view from the terrace was breathtaking, and the architecture was beautiful!
There were a few drawbacks that we experienced during our stay. We would have liked it if they could provide breakfast earlier, as we had to leave early for some of our day trips.

The hotel offered a complimentary tour guide who took us to hidden gems we would have never found on our own. the hotel treated us with complimentary wine during our stay. the location couldn't be better as we were surrounded by the hustle and bustle of a lively city.
Our pillows were not comfortable, and we had to use several to feel rested. Another negative aspect was a minor issue with a bathroom door handle being reversed, which made it inconvenient to enter.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were overcome with a sense of luxury , the exclusive amenities, such as the beautiful spa & wellness center and sun terrace, exceeded our expectations. the service was impeccable, with staff catering to our every need. the room advantages were unmatched , the treatment room and private facilities made us feel truly pampered. the restaurant served exquisite meals, with special diet menus available to meet any dietary requirements.
The only minor issue we encountered was the small size of the outdoor swimming pool. it did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
